Sheraton Stockholm Hotel, Stockholm

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, with very comfortable beds and good air-conditioning, but I had to pay extra for a view from a dusty window. The service was friendly overall, but there were some instances of staff preferring to chat with others instead of assisting me directly. The location was great, close to shopping areas, museums, and the central station, making it convenient for exploring the city. The dining options were varied, but the price could have been more justified considering the quality. The facilities were decent, but the hotel has seen better days.

I was thrilled with the spacious rooms, but unfortunately, the rumbling noise from the service lift next door was a major issue. The location was excellent, allowing easy access to the old town and train stations. The dining experience was fantastic, especially the baked chocolate cakes.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, beautifully updated with hardwood floors, and had an amazing view of the lake with Stadhuset in the background. The staff was incredibly helpful and polite, making my experience even more enjoyable. The location was perfect for exploring the city and its attractions, especially being close to the Old Town and some fantastic dining spots. While the dining area could use some improvements in layout, the overall experience was wonderful.
